Q)...How long are the ribbons that hang from the hair bow holders?
a)....Regular order is 22 inches long (should hold a random sized group of bows and clips, up to about 75)....."Longer Ribbon" is 32 inches long (each ribbon). The HOOKS oval plaque comes with 4 ribbons 22 inches long. Since headbands or purses may cover up some of this ribbon, I like to say that even tho you have an extra row of ribbon, it will probably hold the same amount of bows/clips - you probably will NOT be using the ribbon space near the top.
Q)...What are the measurements of the wooden scroll bar plaque?
a)....This plaque measures 10 inches wide and 6.5 inches in height.
Q)....What does "RUSH" order mean?
a)....Rush order will push your order ahead of all the others and WILL be shipped Priority Mail, no matter how light weight your package is to ensure the 2-3 days delivery. As of today (March 2008) I normally get about 5 rush orders a week. If everything is in stock, your clip/bow order will be shipped asap, sometimes the same day....maybe the very next day....if you rush order a hair bow holder, i will TRY my best to get it out in less than 4-5 days. You must check with me BEFORE if you need this rush item as a gift...make sure I can do it! Wholesale orders can NOT be rushed unless discussed with me before the order.
Q)...Can I get the three hooks on a scroll bar plaque?
a)...NO....the scroll bar plaque does NOT come with hooks. The oval shaped plaque is the only plaque with three wrought iron hooks.
Q)...How can I tell if my order has been shipped out?
a)....check your online order....I am very good at updating the orders online the miute they are shipped...your online record should be VERY accurate and will tell you the day I have shipped your item.
Q)....It has been awhile....can I check on my shipment?
a)....hopefully it as NOT been awhile...HOWEVER, ALL shipments come with a delivery confirmation number (even a pair of clips)....we can track your package to see where it is...no problem...just email me.
Q)....can i call you?
a)....sure, email me first so we can set up a day / time that is good for both of us. I am a single mom of two and have to make time for everything!!!
Q)...Can I get a boutique door sign custom made?
a)....of course!

Step 2 - Colors!
I can work with any colors you choose. Even silver and gold! Let's limit the number of colors to three. Two works fine...but anything over three starts to look tacky. You are welcome to send me your pattern or room decor. We have matched up many to Pottery Barn themes, Bombay, Pier One, JCPenney Tropical, Shabby Chic, paris, etc. If you would like to email photos to me before we get started, please send to: daffodil@tampabay.rr.com

Two names work fine (twins/sisters)....which font do you prefer:
Curly? Or Regular?
(if the names are too long I will have to go with regular)

Notes: A few things about the bow holders: I do work from home...a smoke-free and pet-free home...this is not a sweat shop in China....all items are NOT made by a machine. I do NOT make the plain plaques. I purchase those and then paint on them...The oak plaque is made from wood. Each piece of wood/oak is different...just like a fingerprint...some have little dents and holes in the wood - i think this gives the plaques character....some do not have a single mark. From time to time you may see a little splatter of paint here or there....i am not a robot nor a machine...but I do the best I can and offer you serious time and quality on each item that comes from this website. You may request certain ribbons and I will do my best to meet that request, however I can NOT guarantee that ribbon will be in stock. I will match up as closely as possible. I really appreciate all of my customers and give each and every one of you my undivided attention, as required. I am a work at home mom and do the best I can with two kids hanging around! Thank you so much for your support! (i dread the day my daughter is too-cool-for-school and wont wear bows!)
