Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All our items are considered custom boutique items, we do not accept returns. However, is there is an error in our part, we will gladly issue an exchange for the correct item.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Amex and Paypal.

What does "RUSH" order mean?
Rush order will push your order ahead of all the others and WILL be shipped Priority Mail, no matter how light weight your package is to ensure the 2-3 days delivery.
Special note on International orders: once the package leaves our country, we are unable to refund or replace the item, and this is because we strive to keep the prices of shipping affordable by utilizing USPS.
International packages are delivered to your country and from there it is handled by the respective country's postal service.
Disabling USPS of any control of the delivery.
The majority of the time, International packages are delivered in 10-16 days, however, for reasons beyond our control and sometimes unknown, packages are held up in customs for several weeks. In this case, the only thing we can do is direct you to the postal service customer service center for assistance. Unfortunately we have no control over the packages.
If you are an international customer and would like to be upgraded to another form of shipping, please contact us right away.
Do you share my information with third parties?
Absolutely not. Any information you share with Techie is kept private.

How can I tell if my order has been shipped out?
Check your online order....I am very good at updating the orders online the minute they are shipped...your online record should be VERY accurate and will tell you the day I have shipped your item.
It has been awhile....can I check on my shipment?
Hopefully it as NOT been awhile...HOWEVER, ALL shipments come with a delivery confirmation number (even a pair of clips)....we can track your package to see where it problem...just email me.
Can I call you?
Sure, email me first so we can set up a day / time that is good for both of us. I am a single mom of two and have to make time for everything!!!
